Kate L. Raynor received her Bachelor's Degree in History from UCLA in 1994, and followed with her J.D. from UC Hastings School of Law in 1997. She was admitted to practice law in California in 1997.

Attorney Herbert B. Weiss has over 30 years of experience practicing criminal law in California.
He has represented clients in approximately eight thousand criminal cases. He served as the Stanislaus County Public Defender from 1977
until 1984 and then later as Felony Staff Attorney for Alternate Defense Counsel of Los Angeles. |
Since then he has brought his expertise
to private practice representing criminal defendants in all areas (including serious felonies). He has given training seminars to criminal
defense lawyers on "How to Put on a Preliminary Hearing," "Entrapment," "Confessions and Admissions," and "Cross-Examination of Police Officers."
Herbert B. Weiss received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Cal State Northridge in 1969, and followed with his J.D. from Southwestern School of Law in 1976. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1977.
